The Northstars run a competitive tune up league where players can shake some of the cobwebs off their games and get ready for their school basketball season.
Players are broken up into team based solely on skill level and ability, with some consideration given to age, grade, and anything else. If one team dominates in the first week or two, we juggle the players to equalize the talent.
Each week the teams play two twenty minute halves, substituting players every five minutes so that all players get equal time. The teams must play man-to-man defense and run a consistent motion offense. Everyone is on an equal footing and success is measured by the effort expended.

The Northstars run a very competitive high school league where Junior Varsity or Varsity teams can play together and get ready for their upcoming season. Each team is guaranteed 10 weeks of highly competitive competition plus playoffs.
